AWAA :  Steering Committee meet at 4:30 at Coffee to a Tea
In attendance was:  Stephen Rock, Hans Westphal, Susan Miller, Marilyn VanCleave, Dori Westphal, Glenda Weibel, Nichole deMent, and Carol Anderson

MINUTES:  December's minutes were approved as printed on the AWAA website

BUDGET:  Balance in December $3,163.53

VENUES:  No changes since December

PROGRAMS:  January meeting will focus on  the direction of AWAA for the coming year. Angelina Chamberlain United Artists of Georgetown will also be present to share the model of her organization. We will also vote on the logo used at the AWAA Group Show.

AWAA Group Show:  Nichole has made with SAM and there might be some collaboration possibilities for the group show.

AWAA:  Several Steering Committee offices and committee chairs will be open for June nomination.  

OTHER:

Proposal for city art gallery was completed and submitted.

For future "call to artists" suggestion was made to set up a data base of members' work for the process of applying to future shows.
