John Constantine has been working in the medium of watercolor since 1954.

He is a past president of the Northwest Watercolor Society and is represented in the permanent collection of the Seattle Art Museum. He earned an MFA Degree from the University of Washington in 1959.

John's present work tends more toward the simplification of forms in the landscape, as well as an interpretation of mood.
